G’Day. I’ve been doing this for 5 weeks now, although a bit stricter in that I start the day with a glass of water and a black coffee. I only have water until 12:00 when I have some protein and salad (chicken, tuna, salmon). I then have nothing again until family meal which is usually low carb and high protein. I make sure everything is done by 8:00pm and only water after then until the following day. I have LOADS more energy in the morning than I use to eating breakfast, I have dropped 5kg (about 10 pounds) in the last 5 weeks and slowly starting to exercise more. I need to lose about 30kg (60lbs) all up as I am quite obese. If you are keen to give this a try i HIGHLY recommend it :) Cheers from Australia
